The Brief: The client was a large property group who wanted to say ‘thank you’ to their loyal clients. Due to the company getting referrals from over 90% of their clients, it was a way to show they appreciated their loyalty.
The Solution: Abby devised and managed an event to coincide with their 25th Anniversary. She created a gala dinner at a top London hotel where over 500 of their clients were invited.
Above and Beyond: Abby and her team of event experts created an evening of entertainment and comedy with a first class menu where dishes were created specially for the evening. As a result, the event was fully attended and covered by the press, local Councillors, VIP’s as well as Landlords. She fully managed the guest list to ensure the right people were there. What was powerful was that by showing appreciation to your clients, this will lead them to refer more.
The Successful Conclusion: The event was hugely successful for our client and as a result we were asked to provide event management support for other events.
