In an ever changing, fast-paced world, success is determined by good experiences and lasting effects with events. Refine events was born out of a desire to create a truly client focused agency with a strong creative twist, to make those memories everlasting.

The business was founded in 2018 following our dream to have a bespoke, passionate and experienced team, handpicked for their dedication to the events and lead by industry experts of over 15 years. Through consistent, predictable professionalism and most of all experience, we will ensure that our 360 degree event management service will bring your company’s objective to life.

At Refine we ensure we go that extra mile to deliver excellence and perfection in every event that we produce. We provide a number of services new to the market, to help plan everything from start to finish and take the stress away from you.

Refine events are unique, in that we not only manage events for others, but we also manage our own events. Paul Sagoo

Chairman / Partner

Paul is the Chairman of Refine Events. He’s also the founder and Director of Lemon Group International Ltd, a UK-based investment company. In 2009, he founded The Asian Awards, which focuses on awarding the worlds best Asians across a multitude of disciplines. He’s also the founder of the British Science Awards, which take place in London to honour the very best British Scientists plus the managing partner and event producer for the British Photography awards. Paul speaks on a number of interest areas such as Asian business, entrepreneurship, motivation and corporate development. His goal is to make the businesses and people that he interacts with happy and profitable. Paul is an official LinkedIn Influencer.

Abby Ghafoor

Partner

Abby has collated over twenty years of experience within Marketing and Management Consulting. She is the Managing Director of Arc Management Consulting Limited, based in London and Paris. Working with luxury brands globally and in the UK, her network is extensive across various industries and platforms. Abby has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the luxury sector. She strives to achieve brand growth, as well as developing new strategies and marketing direction.
