The way we work on corporate briefs

Most corporate events fail in two places: the walk-in and the transitions. We plan the event around those, not the centrepieces.

A producer and a creative lead are assigned at the brief. They stay with the account from kickoff to post-event debrief. You get one email address, one phone number, one person accountable to your CFO when the invoice comes through.

What makes a Refine corporate event different

We don’t template. Every event gets its own creative, its own run-of-show, its own supplier short-list. We do have a preferred bench of venues, caterers, AV teams and florists we trust — but the selection is driven by your brief, not our margin.

For internal events we focus on turnout and recall. For external, it’s conversion and press. The production decisions follow the commercial outcome, not the other way round.

  • What size of corporate event do you handle?

    From intimate boardroom dinners of 20 up to multi-day conferences for 3,000 across several venues. We scale the team to the event, not the other way round.

  • Do you work with our internal events team?

    Often. We slot into existing teams as the production specialist, or take the whole brief. Tell us what you already have and we'll shape the engagement around it.

  • How far in advance should we book?

    For flagship events we recommend 12 to 16 weeks. We have turned events around in six weeks when the venue and dates are already locked. Rush briefs are a conversation.

  • Do you handle the invite and RSVP process?

    Yes. Custom invitation design, dispatch, RSVP tracking and day-of check-in. We also manage dietary, access and VIP handling.
