The context
The Asian Awards is one of the most recognised awards evenings in the UK, honouring achievement across 27 countries. For five consecutive years the ceremony was held at The Dorchester with Refine as the production partner.
What we owned
Stage and set design, trophy production, judging and nominee logistics from call-for-entries through to on-stage announcement, red carpet press management, guest RSVP and table planning, celebrity presenter liaison, broadcast-grade AV with multi-cam and same-night content delivery.
The challenge each year
The Asian Awards has a global guest list, tight broadcast standards and 20+ categories to present inside a three-hour run-of-show. The production brief evolved each year — new hosts, new stage design, new sponsor integrations — but the operational standard never moved. A tech rehearsal on the day, a pre-light the day before, and a production team of 45 on the night.
